Taught myself to architect, build, and ship four production desktop and web applications solo — no team, no shortcuts, using AI as a resource to move faster and land on more accurate solutions in languages and frameworks I hadn't formally learned yet. When something breaks I dig until I hit the actual root cause instead of settling for a workaround; on one project that meant tracing a production-only bug all the way down to a single security header silently blocking the page from becoming interactive.
Handle high-volume cash transactions and account operations inside real banking software, where accuracy isn't optional — every discrepancy has to be tracked down and resolved. Spot and flag irregular account activity, troubleshoot transaction errors on the spot, and keep member trust intact under constant scrutiny.
Diagnose and resolve operational breakdowns in real time across a high-transaction-volume environment — the same instinct that drives a good troubleshooter, just applied to people and store systems instead of tickets. Built training material and workflow fixes on my own initiative, without being asked, and own end-to-end accuracy for store-wide cash and transaction systems.
Worked daily inside agency-specific software systems, spotting data errors and tracing them to source before they became compliance problems. Proactively recommended procedural changes that closed process gaps rather than waiting to be told there was one.

Years of hands-on vehicle repair across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems — full diagnostic-to-repair ownership rather than one narrow specialty. Diagnosed root-cause failures across engine, drivetrain, and electrical systems, translated technical findings into plain language customers could actually act on, and coordinated parts sourcing against real repair timelines. The same systematic fault-isolation process used to trace a bad sensor or short circuit is the same instinct that now drives how I debug software and troubleshoot systems.
